Skipton Properties offer Gemini Quartz®

Yorkshire based luxury housebuilder, Skipton Properties have built a collection of beautiful homes in Lancashire and we can’t help but fall in love with them; especially as their interior offerings feature J. Rotherham specialist worktops!

The new development, named Kearns Village is a picturesque setting with a selection of four and five bedroom homes. All are built using natural stone are finished with tasteful diamond shaped grey composite doors and matching grey sash windows. The properties surround two courtyards and the development also offers two executive homes with land and stables.

Specifying for the discerning buyer, Skipton properties chose to style their show home with a striking transitional appeal that would please a variation of refined tastes. As such, they opted to apply Gemini Quartz® in Snowstorm to the open plan kitchen.

Kearns Village-14

Caroline Verity, Creative Director, says ‘I chose Gemini Quartz first and foremost because of its durability. Granite is a lovely material but our clients seem to prefer the no fuss nature of quartz. The Snowstorm Quartz is a favourite of our customers – it complements many of our cabinets doors and creates a simple yet luxurious look in the kitchen’

Gemini Quartz® in snowstorm, a fresh tone of white with soft detailing, is a handsome surface choice that is enhanced by its setting; a traditional shaker style is given a colour palette of harmonious neutrals and subtle contrasts, giving the space a classic, yet timeless appeal.

At 2.7m x 1200m and with a pastel ice blue finish, the kitchen island is pronounced against the surrounding hues of creams and provides a central stage to the work surface. The addition of pendant lighting is an on-trend embellishment that lends further emphasis and style; an example of fine transitional styling, everything in the kitchen compliments.
